Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Brioche & Co., we believe fresh is best. That’s why all our baked goods are handmade to order and delivered at peak freshness, without preservatives. Please review the following information to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
 

🚚 Local Delivery – Greater Los Angeles Area Only

We currently offer local delivery within Los Angeles.

  • Delivery Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2 PM are eligible for next-day delivery

  • Delivery Hours: Between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

  • Delivery Notification: You'll receive a text message when your order is en route

  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location (zip code)


🛍️ Pickup at Farmers Markets

Prefer to pick up your order in person?

  • Pickup Locations: Select Farmers Markets across Los Angeles (full list coming soon)

  • Pickup Scheduling: Choose your preferred market at checkout

  • No Pickup Fee


📦 Order Processing

  • All items are baked fresh to order

  • We do not offer same-day delivery at this time

  • Delivery is only available for eligible Los Angeles-area zip codes


❗Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for items left unattended.

  • Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • In rare cases of delivery delays due to weather or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you immediately.
