At Brioche & Co., we believe great bread is more than just food—it’s a feeling. A warm memory. A little bite of joy. That’s what we aim to share with every loaf and brioche we bake.

We’re a French duo who brought our love for authentic, artisanal baked goods from the streets of Paris to the heart of Los Angeles. Our head baker, Marc, spent over 20 years in Paris as a successful engineer, but it was his childhood summers in southwest France—baking alongside his grandfather, a village baker—that truly shaped his passion.

Those long, sweet days filled with the scent of orange blossom and warm brioche became the soul of Brioche & Co. Today, Marc carries on his family’s tradition, handcrafting each sourdough loaf and brioche with care, using a secret starter recipe and time-honored techniques passed down through generations. Everything we make is all-natural, preservative-free, and baked fresh to order right here in Los Angeles. We’re proud to offer local delivery within 24 hours, because we believe the best bread is the kind that still feels oven-warm when it reaches your table.

Meet Marc – Our Head Baker & Bread Whisperer

Marc is the heart (and hands) behind our brioches and sourdough loaves. Originally from France, he spent over 20 years in Paris—first as a successful telecom engineer and entrepreneur, but always a passionate gourmet at heart.
With a deep love for French cuisine and a seriously refined palate (yes, he’s picky in the best way), Marc grew up surrounded by good food and even better bread. His grandfather was a baker, and Marc fondly remembers summers in southwest France, baking with family and waking up to the scent of fresh pastries—especially those infused with orange blossom, a beloved flavor from Provence that still inspires his recipes today.
Now living in Los Angeles for over 10 years, Marc continues the family tradition, handcrafting sourdough using a secret starter recipe passed down through generations. Every loaf and brioche he bakes is a tribute to his heritage and his love for sharing simple, honest, and delicious food with his community.

Did you know that “brioche” dates back to 15th-century Normandy, France? Originally a humble bread enriched with butter and eggs, it became a symbol of indulgence and celebration—basically the queen of breads. Even Marie Antoinette allegedly told folks to “eat brioche” (though we’re still not sure she actually said that).

Each bread is hand-shaped, naturally leavened, and baked with a crisp crust and deeply satisfying bite. Choose the classic, or go bold with five seeds, Kalamata olives, or fig & walnut—all made with 100% natural ingredients and absolutely no preservatives.
